SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Purchased items will be shipped from Atlanta within 4 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).

*If it is a new product launch please allow us 1-2 weeks to ship and process. This will likely change in the coming months as we expand our production facilities*

If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please e-mail blazncajn@gmail.com or direct message BlazCajn on Instagram and provide your order number.

International Orders

For International orders, standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get inspected by customs which delays delivery. 

Blaz'n Caj'n (or it's parent, Dargin's Creole Kitchen) is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. Blaz'n Caj'n is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Return & Exchange Policy

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

 

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.
